No matter how many times you persuade, cajole, and manipulate through rhetoric and emoticons, actions speak louder than words.
I know it may be a bit nerdy to relate science to life and emotions, but there couldn’t have been a better allusion. The law of gravity forbids any dropped object to ever bounce back to the exact height it was dropped from. I think the same law holds true with trust. You can regain it, but not to the same extent. So hold on, and hold tight. Shouting out remnants of faded memories won’t always get you back to the place you started from.
Mom was always right.
I love my mom.
